Garlic Jelly
Garlic jelly is sweet but has a delicious garlicky taste.

1 waterbath canner set

jelly jars
1 aluminum foil
Ingredients
1 1/2
cup
white distilled vinegar
5% acidity or above
1/2
cup
balsamic vinegar
5% acidity or above
5
cup
sugar
1
3 oz
packet of liquid pectin
3
bulbs
organic garlic
1
tbsp
avocado oil
1
tsp
pepper
Instructions
cut tops off of garlic bulbs
drizzle oil and pepper, wrap in foil and bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 Min
squeeze out garlic into blender and add 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
blend until small chunks of garlic are to your liking
Add garlic mixture to large stove pot and add in the rest of the vinegar
add sugar and bring to a boil
be sure to stir often, so sugar doesn't burn
once sugar is dissolved, add in pectic and bring to rolling boil for 1 min
take off heat and ladle into clean canning jars
process in hot water bath canner for 10 min

serve with crackers or on a cheese boardÂ
