Freeze Dried Cheesy Ham & Scallop Potatoes

- 1 Cup Cheese Powder
- 5 Cup Sliced Potato
- 1 tbsp Butter Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Ham Diced
- 1 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Optional
- 1 tsp Salt Optional
- 7 Cups Hot Water
Add 5 Cups of freeze dried or dried potato slices to a bowl and cover with warm/hot water.
Add 1 1/2 cups of sliced or cubed freeze dried ham to a bowl and cover with warm/hot water.
Add 1/2 cup warm water to dried onion and garlic
Let all sit to reconstitute for at least 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Next, add reconstituted potatoes to 9x13 glass dish and cover with diced ham
Stir in reconstituted onions and garlic and top with salt and pepper if using.
Mix 1 1/2 cups hot water with cheese and milk powders and whisk until a loose gravy consistency is achieved. If too thick add more hot water, if too thin add a bit more cheese powder. You don't want this too runny or too thick.
Back at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until everything is warmed thoroughly.
