This budget friendly Chicken Goop & Rice meal is one of my family’s top favorite dinner recipes. It just so happens it’s easy for me to throw together as well!

Chicken Goop with Rice
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Or Breast can be frozen or thawed
- 3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Carrots
- 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried Onion 1/2 Small Fresh Onion
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 2 Cups Uncooked White Rice
- 4 Cups Water
Instructions
- Throw everything into the slow cooker besides the rice and water. Cook on low for 6 hours if using thawed chicken. If using frozen chicken cook on high for 5-6 hours. 45 minutes before you are ready to eat place rice in instant pot and add water. Cook on rice setting and let naturally release for 15 minutes. Serve Chicken Goop over Cooked Rice
